I made the error of hiring THIS highly unprofessional person KARENNA.. A few months ago, I phoned Kareena to do my taxes. When I was prepared to start, I had trouble reaching her. I called her at least 25 times prior to getting a response and texted her often, but she didn't answer. After numerous calls, she eventually responded. I needed to file my taxes before the extended deadline Of October 16th, 2023.. I first met her at her house. Upon entering, the house smelled quite unclean. The price was $400.00 to do my taxes. I sat there and basically did them for her. The following day, she requested items, which I gave her right away. I repeatedly tried to contact her during the process but couldn't. Again she has poor customer service. The key is communication. When I eventually got a hold of her, she immediately cussed me out and acted very out of character. I had to employ her now because the tax deadline was rapidly approaching. At our initial meeting, I gave her a 100.00 cash payment. All she was worried about was the payment. Throughout the procedure, she kept requesting money. I paid her using Zelle on 10/13/2023 at 10:00 am after she finished the taxes. She yelled at me for not using her email since she uses a burner number for the zelle payment. She never stated not to use this number for payment.is complete. I then was harassed and received close to 15 obnoxious text messages. I'm not sure how she managed to make it this far in life. She is an offensive human . At all costs, avoid using her. She will steal all your information, and her only motivation is financial gain, and who knows what else. She is not what is best for you. She is a scam and a liar, so take caution. I'm not left filing taxes late because of her failures.Run as fast as you can.

Kareena is an amazing CPA and did a fantastic job on my taxes! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, personable, patient with all my questions, and proactive about making sure I am paying the least amount of taxes Im required to. I highly recommend her! I was very impressed by her and will definitely be returning to her next year.
