This one my first time having Emily do myself and family taxes and she was very quick and thorough. I have pretty much an idea of what my returns will be and she was head on with the figures. The IRS had other ideas and she immediately addressed the issue and pursued them until they admitted they were in the wrong, which happens but very grateful that she was able to sort this matter out on our behalf.

Beyond happy that I chose to use Emily. I run an ecommerce company and she was able to straighten out and handle all of my accounting needs from bookkeeping to proper sales tax collection, and tax prep. She made the whole process a breeze. She provides great value for reasonable prices, and I'm fully confident in her accounting abilities. It's also nice being able to communicate with her personally as opposed to talking to a secretary or someone else like I would have to at another accounting firm. Highly recommend her for any accounting service!

Emily was incredibly prompt with every question I threw her way, and is a very knowledgable tax professional. I was pretty nervous when preparing my taxes, but she was there to re-assure me that everything was good to go and compliant. I started my own small business earlier this year and having no bookkeeping experience whatsoever, found it very difficult to handle my obligations in QuickBooks. Some sort of external support was badly needed. I hired another person initially but coordinating our schedules proved problematic. Working with Emily however has been an absolute dream. We work mostly from my home office but also have some interaction by e-mail in between face-to-face meetings. Over several months now, Emily has proved to be extremely reliable and responsive. She is clearly very knowledgeable in all aspects of the QuickBooks software and presents the information in a calm and simple manner that makes it easy, even for an idiot like me, to pick up very quickly. In almost no time at all, Emily has helped me grow from a person who required external assistance to complete even the most mundane tasks to the situation I am in now, whereby I can handle around 90% of my personal needs myself. I have no hesitation in recommending her to others.
