I was using his services for over 10 years and in 2020 I was looking into buying a new house and requested his advise and what to expect tax wise. He did not provide me with information that would make me understand Capital Gains or the Tax Code until after I purchased the house and was ready to do my taxes in 2021. We had a misunderstanding and I guess I hurt is feeling and he left with hanging with my taxes due in 2021. He made a decision that he was not going work finish my taxes which were due in a couple of days. I ended up finding another tax preparer and had to pay late fees. But I guess things happen for a reason and the new tax preparer was able to save me thousands of dollars, which Ken would not have done. After being a loyal customer for so long to be treated this way was not good business.

Ken is a patient and caring professional. He really wants to work with his clients with satisfaction at the finality. Ken has been my tax preparer for many years and will continue to with the absolute confidence and trustworthiness. He will not disappoint any of his reasonable clients! He is AWESOME!!
