I paid Andromeda Rangel 400 to help both me and my husband file our taxes this year. She scammed us and said she will not be giving us a refund. I have reported her for tax fraud as well. She took advantage of us, would constantly speak over me and lied about submitting my return. We paid her in June, it is now September and she would always say Ive been on the phone for hours trying to reach the IRS and get updates but I cant reach them I was able to reach them within less then 5 minutes. She didnt file my return until august 15th! 2 months after she was supposed to. She also filled our taxes as single when we are married and I had told her that 3 times, she said it didnt matter. Clearly this isnt her first time scamming someone she seemed to not care one bit when I mentioned all this. We arent getting one penny from tax returns even after she promised us over 1,400 each. Luckily I have our conversations recorded and have reported her. I would give 0 stars if I could.
